Remote Gate Controller - iPhone / Android / Ardunio / Raspberry PI

We have a gate controller that has a simple interface being a single push button. We want to have 2 sensors on the gate for fully open and fully closed to provide feedback to the iPhone or Android as to the status. We want the ability to run the iPhone or Android (Phone App) and use it to either close or open the gate. The web server providing the internet connection will be a raspberry pi. This will be connected via usb to an Ardunio UNO which will have 1 pin connected to a microswitch for the closed sensor and another microswitch for the open sensor and 1 pin for the relay that will close the single push button to activate open and close. Ideally we have a webpage that a user can log into to open / close the gate as well as the iPhone and Ardunio phone app.
