Need a JP Amazon Associates Account

Hi, I need a Japan Amazon Associates account to make the affiliate working, so you must to create a Amazon affiliate account on amazon.co.jp. And I need the email (including email & password), the email include 2 approved mails from the amazon.co.jp. Details: 1. Applicant shall be able to create one Amazon Associates accounts on Amazon [login to view URL] 2. The account shall have a unique email address that will be given to me with the account. 3. Email address shall contain a minimum of 2 emails. The email welcoming the user to Amazon Associates, and an email showing that the account has been approved (this takes about 24 hours during the week). 4. The accounts will need to have a website and pass a manual review process before being approved. 5. The payment information shall be left blank and will be filled in by me upon job completion.
